چکیده

Trichoderma viride QM9123 fermented fiber isolated from feedlot waste at concentrations up to 16.7% solids. The fermented fiber solids decreased by 32%, and carbohydrate decreased by 60%. Cellulotyic enzyme production was better with fiber substrates that had been alkali pretreated and had a lower hemicellulose-to-cellulose ratio.

Cellulase Production by Trichoderma viride on Feedlot Waste.

Feedlot waste contains essentially all the necessary nutrients for batch fermentation with the fungus Trichoderma viride. The organism utilizes two-thirds of the carbohydrate in feedlot waste while elaborating cellulase in quantities comparable to commercial preparations. Essentially odor-free, the fermented waste contains all of the original nitrogen but has 24% less organic matter.

Chemical composition and protein enrichment of orange peels and sugar beet pulp after fermentation by two Trichoderma species.

The present experiment aimed at increasing orange peel and sugar beet pulp protein content through solid-state fermentation by Trichoderma reesei and Trichoderma viride. In vitro digestibility and changes in the chemical composition of the fermented products were determined after seven days of fungal cultivation using gas production tests. The cultivation of T. reesei and T. viride on orange pe...

Comparative Study of Cellulase Production by Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma viride Using Solid State Fermentation On Cellulosic Substrates Corncob, Cane Bagasse and Sawdust

The enzyme activities of Trichoderma viride and Aspergillus niger grown on various waste cellulosic materials such as corncobs, saw dust and sugarcane baggase were tested for a period of 192 hrs. The maximum activity of 0.33 mg/min/ml & 0.026 mg/min/ml of cellulase enzyme were found to be produced on saw dust after 144 hrs by Aspergillus niger & Trichoderma viride, respectively. Corncob showed ...

Process optimization and production kinetics for cellulase production by Trichoderma viride VKF3

Microbial cellulases are the enzymes widely studied due to their enormous applications in biochemical industry. Among 12 fungal isolates isolated from mangrove plant debris and soil sample collected from Valanthakad Mangroves, Kerala, India, 3 of them were found to exhibit cellulolytic activity. Among them, the most potent isolate which exhibited maximum cellulolytic activity was identified as ...
